Brewing Tip: Steep 1 tea bag in a large cup for 30-60 seconds with hot water around 180 degrees F. Recommend to steep longer for Gyokuro and Sen-cha at lower temperature than Genmai-cha and Houji-cha. For iced tea, steep one tea bag in the container filled with 16 oz of water for 30 seconds, and chill for one hour in the refrigerator, leaving tea bag in the container then serve. Or you may steep tea bag longer with hot water and simply pour over a cup filled with ice cubes.
